An AI researcher and practitioner with experience at Google, Ola and technology ventures, he has published widely, holds more than 20 patents, and works across deep learning, language, computer vision and enterprise AI.
Vipul Ray is Managing Director of Elmex Controls and President of the Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers’ Association. An engineer, entrepreneur and active mentor, he has led Elmex’s expansion into smart infrastructure, renewables and international markets while maintaining a strong focus on product development, people and institutional growth.

Previously, he spent 35 years with Belron as a shareholder, Main Board Director and Global Head of Legal, M&A and Governance. Dr. Véronique Nicolai is a pediatrician, yoga teacher and Heartfulness meditation trainer who has led the Heartfulness Yoga Academy since 2018. Her work bridges medical understanding, yoga, meditation and preventive well-being, with a particular interest in how sustainable daily practices support physical, mental and emotional health.
Olga Gurskaya is an executive coach and Heartful Adizes trainer with more than two decades of leadership experience in multinational organizations. She works with leaders and teams across industries and cultures, integrating organizational insight with coaching to strengthen self-awareness, leadership capacity and the quality of human interaction.
Harpreet Bhan is Managing Director of Adizes India and a Certified Senior Associate of the Adizes Institute. He brings more than three decades of senior management experience across services, engineering, business development and international operations, including leading businesses across Oceania, Asia and the Middle East.
