Change rarely begins with authority alone. It begins when someone sees what needs to change, understands the system, engages others constructively, and has the courage to act.
Change Champions Days is a practical, participative two-day experience for managers, professionals, internal change agents, entrepreneurs and emerging leaders who want to become a more effective force for constructive change—wherever they sit in an organization.
Drawing on more than five decades of the Adizes Methodology and the inner-development practices of Heartfulness, the program connects organizational insight with human capability. Participants will explore how to understand change, work with complementary styles, turn conflict into collaboration, use AI more intelligently, coach rather than simply advise, and strengthen the inner capacity needed to lead through complexity.

Seeing Change Differently
Build the lenses and capabilities to understand change: how organizations evolve, why different people see the same problem differently, how conflict can become productive, how coaching creates ownership, how AI can augment everyday work, and why integration is a core leadership capability.

Turning Insight Into Action
Bring the pieces together through practitioner stories, dialogue and application. Explore what organizational transformation really takes, what it means to lead with both heart and mind, and what you will personally take forward.

Set within one of the world’s largest meditation and wellness campuses, Kanha Shanti Vanam offers a unique environment for reflection, dialogue, learning, and authentic connection.
Away from the demands of everyday leadership, participants have the opportunity to engage more deeply with ideas, people, and possibilities.
Often, the most meaningful conversations happen between the sessions themselves.
