Leading Change in a World of Accelerating Change

Change is accelerating—but most of us do not control the whole organization. So where does meaningful change begin? Dr. Ichak Adizes opens Change Champions Days with a practical exploration of how leaders at any level can become a constructive force for change from within their actual sphere of influence. The session establishes a shared lens for understanding change without destructive conflict and invites participants to consider where their own leverage really lies.

TRACK A

Adizes in Action: Seeing Change Through Real Cases

How does a management framework change what you notice—and therefore what you do? Through contemporary organizational cases, this session brings essential Adizes concepts to life. Participants will see how Lifecycle, PAEI, CAPI and Mutual Trust & Respect can help reveal what sits beneath visible symptoms, sharpen diagnosis and open more constructive paths to action.

Heartful Coaching: From Giving Answers to Enabling Insight

Managers are often rewarded for having answers. But the instinct to solve can unintentionally reduce ownership in others. Through a live coaching demonstration and experiential practice, this session explores what changes when leaders move from advising and fixing to listening, questioning and enabling insight—so people can think more clearly, take ownership and act.

From Hammers and Nails to Chairs: Integration Is the Next Innovation

Organizations need different kinds of people—and those differences are also a predictable source of friction. Using the memorable metaphor of Hammers, Nails and Chairs, this session explores complementary working styles and the leadership capability that turns diversity into performance: integration. The question is not how to make everyone alike, but how to make different strengths function as a whole.

Beyond HALF: From Understanding Conflict to Decisive Collaboration

Diversity improves the quality of decisions—and also creates predictable conflict. Building on the Heartful Adizes Leadership Foundations experience, this session moves from understanding why conflict occurs to developing the capability to work through it. Participants will get a practical glimpse of Decisive Collaboration Skills: making clear decisions and aligning action even when perspectives, interests and styles differ.

AI at Work: From Curiosity to Everyday Capability

AI is moving quickly from novelty to working infrastructure. What matters now is not simply knowing about AI, but learning where it can genuinely improve the quality of our work. Three practitioner perspectives explore applied AI, emerging agentic capabilities and the implications for managers and organizations—while keeping judgment, responsibility and human contribution firmly in view.

Leading with Heart & Mind: What Does It Really Mean?

Organizational change asks us to see the system clearly. Humane leadership also asks us to notice the inner condition from which we act. In a candid two-person dialogue, Sunil Dovedy and Harpreet Bhan explore what changes when disciplined thinking is combined with awareness, presence and a more heartful way of engaging people—especially when the work becomes difficult.

Adizes Organizational Transformation in Action: What Change Really Takes

Transformation looks very different from inside the organization than it does in a case-study summary. Two practitioners share what it actually took to move change forward: what was happening beneath the visible symptoms, what resistance emerged, what had to be influenced and what changed as a result. Juan José Flores then draws out the transferable Adizes patterns behind the stories.

Open Forum: What Does Constructive Change Require From Us?

After two days of exploring organizations, people, collaboration and inner capacity, this open forum turns the conversation back to the participants. The panel will connect the themes, respond to questions from the room and examine the practical dilemmas Change Champions face when they return to real organizations—where authority is distributed, interests differ and change must still move forward.

11:30 AM–12:00 PM CLOSING PLENARY

What Will You Take Forward? Reflect • Choose • Continue

Insight matters when it changes what we do. The closing session helps participants consolidate the two-day experience, identify one capability they want to strengthen and choose one concrete action to take back into their work. The program closes not with a long list of offerings, but with a simple question: What will you do differently now?
